Returns

• Accidental orders

Replacements

We will gladly provide a replacement if:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive a defective item.
• You receive the wrong product.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and the issue
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Important Notes

• Replacement requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• We reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet the above conditions.
